1. Profile registration.

Log in as an agriculturist or admin, in your dashboard, navigate to sidebar and select Register Fisher Profile or Register Farmer Profile as shown in the picture below:


Profile registration for fisherman and farmer is done from separate page, to register a fisher profile, you will first have to be in the fisher dashboard to access Register Fisher Profile, to register a farmer profile, you will first have to be in the fish farmer dashboard to access the Register Farmer Profile.
If you are an logged in as administrator, profile management options are all in one place. To register either fisher and farmer profile, just select from the Profile Management.
Fill all necessary fields. Necessary fields are noted with " * " as shown in the picture below.

2. Farm registration.

To register a farm, the user must login first as an agriculturist or administrator.
If logged in as agriculturist, in the fish farmer dashboard, navigate to the sidebar and select Management to show the management options, then select Register Farm Profile. Please refer to the picture below.


If logged in as administrator, in the admin dashboard, navigate to the sidebar and select Profile Management to show the profile management options, then select Register Farm Profile.

3. Fishing vessel registration.

To register a fishing vessel, the user must login first as an agriculturist or administrator.
If logged in as agriculturist, in the fisher dashboard, navigate to the sidebar and select Management to show the management options, then select Register Vessel Profile. Please refer to the picture below.


If logged in as administrator, in the admin dashboard, navigate to the sidebar and select Profile Management to show the profile management options, then select Register Vessel Profile.

4. Preparing a report

To prepare a report, the agriculturist will have to first conduct a survey to collect every fisherman's and farmer's catch report. Depending on the implementation,
the survey could be conducted once a week, once every 2 weeks, once or twice a month.
After collecting the catch reports, the user will have to sort the report according to the date of catch as it will be needed when submitting the report.

5. Create and submit fisherman catch report.

To submit fisherman catch report, the user must login first as an agriculturist or administrator.
If logged in as agriculturist, in the fisher dashboard, navigate to the sidebar and select Management to show the management options, then select Submit Catch Report.
Please refer to the picture below.


First, select a fisherman, species class, species. The species class is a category for all species, select one and all species under that species class will be displayed. Please refer to the picture below.

Second, set the quantity. This will be done for every species you select. Please refer to the picture below.

Third, after adding all species in the table, select now the equipment used, set the distance covered of the fishing operation, then set the duration of the operation. Once it's done, the report is now ready, click the save button and now you have created a report. Please refer to the picture below.

After saving the report, you can create another report for another fisherman until all reports from your sorted report list are saved.
Fourth, after saving all reports, you can now set the date of catch, this is why it is important to sort the report list according to the date of catch. After setting the date of catch, check the box to certify that the report/s is accurate and then click submit report to submit the report. Please refer to the picture below.

Make sure to review all reports you are about to submit, if a report is not correct, you can click clear all to clear the whole page and restart the whole process. This is to make sure no report will be inaccurate when submitted.
If logged in as administrator, navigate to the sidebar and select Reporting Management, from there select Fisher Catch Report and then you can create and submit the report the same way an agriculturist would do.

6. Create and submit farmer catch report

To submit farmer catch report, the user must login first as an agriculturist or administrator.
If logged in as agriculturist, in the fish farmer dashboard, navigate to the sidebar and select Management to show the management options, then select Submit Catch Report.
Please refer to the picture below.


First, select a fish farmer, species class, species. The species class is a category for all species, select one and all species under that species class will be displayed. Please refer to the picture below.

Second, set the quantity. This will be done for every species you select. Please refer to the picture below.

Third, after adding all species in the table, select now the farm culture or method. Once it's done, the report is now ready, click the save button and now you have created a report. Please refer to the picture below.

After saving the report, you can create another report for another fisherman until all reports from your sorted report list are saved.
Fourth, after saving all reports, you can now set the date of catch, this is why it is important to sort the report list according to the date of catch. After setting the date of catch, check the box to certify that the report/s is accurate and then click submit report to submit the report. Please refer to the picture below.

If logged in as administrator, navigate to the sidebar and select Reporting Management, from there select Farmer Catch Report and then you can create and submit the report the same way an agriculturist would do.

7. Charts and table

Recorded catch reports will be translated into numrical data and will be displayed using line charts.
The picture below highlights the catch record for the selected month, segmented by weeks.


This will allow the user to review catch records from past month/s or year/s.
The picture below highlights the individual catch record for fisherman and farmer, segmented by months.


This will allow the user to review catch records of every fisherman and farmer all throughout the year.
The picture below highlights the general catch report for fisherman and farmer, segement by months.


This will allow the user to review the general catch records for all fisherman and farmer all throughout the year.
The general catch report chart is duplicated, one is for fishermen, another is for farmer. It was designed this way because it is meant to monitor all fishermen and farmers catch report separately.
The picture below highlights the table where all records are presented, this records are can be printed as PDF, Excel, CSV, etc.


The filters will allow the user to select which year and month do they want to review or print.
